The OHSU Digital Resources Library is a collection of multimedia digital objects (still images, sound, video, and pdf files) focusing on health sciences, engineering and biomedical research. Faculty, staff, and students of Oregon Health & Science University may use this digital library for nonprofit, educational purposes, such as teaching, staff training and conference presentations.
OHSU Historical Collections & Archives
The OHSU Historical Collections & Archives collection contains digital objects created to support HC&A programs and activities. These include digitization of materials in the physical collections in HC&A, digital photographs taken at the History of Medicine Society Lectures, and digital photographs of HC&A exhibits. Access to the physical collections is available through the History of Medicine Room. Refer to our website (http://www.ohsu.edu/library/hom/) for more information.
Digital Theses and Dissertations Collection
The Digital Theses and Dissertations Collection includes PDF files of current theses and dissertations (from March 2006) of the OGI School of Science & Engineering. Earlier theses, in the public domain, from the 1970's and 1980's were added for theses from the Oregon Graduate Center, the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science and Technology. As the authors' copyright permissions for publishing in the database are obtained, more digital dissertations will be added. As of June 2008, almost half of the theses and dissertations of the OGI campus are represented in the database. Refer to our website http://www.ogi.edu/library/theses/ for more information.
Beginning April 2008, dissertations, theses, and captstone projects from the OHSU School of Medicine's Department of Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology are being added. The goal is to have all schools within OHSU participate in the online thesis project.
Computer Science (OGC/OGI) Technical Reports
Technical reports of the Computer Science Department of the Oregon Graduate Center, the Oregon Graduate Institute of Science & Technology, and the OGI School of Science & Engineering from 1982 until 2005 are represented in this collection.
